7. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the message. This will certainly motivate a drop-down menu with alternatives for your particular message.
8. Click the "Delete Conversation" option. Facebook will prompt you for confirmation before adhering to your request. If you aren't fairly ready to erase the conversation yet don't want to obtain notifications from it anymore, you can also click the "Mute Discussion" option below.
9. Click "Delete Conversation" on the pop-up window. This will permanently erase your conversation from your Messages folder!
